There are other differences between the first facsimile and the copy or the second facsimile, like the lowercase omega in the first as a ö in the other two, the h with a hook or loop as a ħ int the other two, or several others . In 1621 Alexander Gill’s book, “Logonomia Anglica” (English Word-law) was published. Gill stuck to conservative views in the sphere of pronunciation and condemned new tendencies in this field. Next came Charles Bulter, author of English Grammar, which appeared in 1634.
